摘    要:在对汽车顶置空调出风口制件结构进行分析的基础上,着重分析了其注塑模具设计的相关难点,介绍了模具的脱模方向、分型线和两个抽芯机构的设计,模具已在生产中成功得到应用.

Abstract:Based on the analysis of the structure of air outlet of automobile top air-condition plastic part,the difficulties of injection mold design were analyzed.And the core-pull direction,parting line and two ejector system were introduced.This mold had got available in the part production successfully.
