| 摘 要： | 介绍聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBT)塑料保护罩精密注射模具的设计方法.塑料件采用一模四腔、潜伏式浇口的成型方案,将模具型腔、型芯镶块分割为多镶块拼接结构,改善了小尺寸高精度成型镶块的加工性,并使用框架式预应力锁紧的固定方法,解决多镶块拼接时镶块装配精度和刚度较低的问题；采用楔面定位结构来消除侧抽芯滑块配合间隙对侧抽芯镶决定...
