| Abstract: | With phenol,paraformaldehyde,diethylenetriamine,thiourea as monomer,and DMP–30 as promoting agents,the epoxy resin rapid curing agent at low temperature was synthesised.The effects of reaction temperature,reaction time,as well as the dosage of various material on the properties of the epoxy resin rapid curing agent was analysed.The optimal ratio of epoxy resin and curing agent was investigated in detail.The experiment results showed that when the reaction time was 2.5?h under 110℃±2℃,and the ratio of paraformaldehyde,diethylenetriamine,thiourea was 1:1.25:1.3:1,and DMP–30 accelerant addition amount was 5%,and the amount of curing agent was 30%,the epoxy resin could cure in 20?min at–5℃. |
