摘    要:介绍了一种带复杂曲面结构的手机夹注塑模具设计,分析了塑件的结构特点和注塑工艺性。利用Moldflow分析了模具的浇注系统,得到最佳浇口形状和位置。针对塑件上的复杂曲面结构,应用Pro/E软件对该模具进行三维造型,完成了成型零部件、侧抽芯机构、脱模机构、冷却系统等机构的设计。模具采用一模四腔结构,塑件上下两部分一模成型,保证了塑件的尺寸稳定性和装配,能够实现自动化生产,提高了生产效率。

Abstract:The injection molding design of the mobile phone holder with complex curved surface was introduced. The structure characteristics and injection molding process were analyzed. The mould gating system was analyzed by means of Moldflow software. The Pro/E software was applied to implement the three-dimensional shape of the mold. The forming parts,side core-pulling mechanism,demoulding mechanism,and cooling system were designed. The mould included four cavities structure and two parts of plastic were formed at the same time,which ensured the dimensional stability and assembly of plastic parts. The mold realized production automation of the plastic parts and the production efficiency was greatly improved.
