汽车中控面板IMD成组模具设计

针对某汽车中控面板内饰件制程工艺需要采用模内装饰(IMD)工艺中的模内贴膜(IMF)技术被覆桃木纹理三维复杂曲面薄膜的生产要求,设计了成型所需膜预成型模具、预成型膜片冲裁模具、注塑模具3副组合模具。膜预成型模具应用热压与真空吸附的办法,将加热后的膜片紧贴于型芯镶件上而后成型;结合预成型膜片侧面需要卷边包胶的需要,设计了侧抽芯滑块+气缸组合机构方式的侧面裁切和正面冲切的预成型膜片冲裁成型模具;注塑模具采用热流道延伸嘴与冷流道潜伏式进浇三板模,模腔布局一模一腔,两次开模,水冷,顶出采用顶针和顶管联合顶出方式。膜片预成型模具有效地解决了膜片三维成型困难问题,预成型膜片冲裁成型模具有效地解决了IMD工艺中三维曲面包边冲切成型的难题。所设计的组合模具有效地提高了中控面板IMF产品的膜成型良品率,为同类产品的设计和生产提供了有益参考。

Design of IMD Group Mould for Central Control Panel in Automobile

According to the production requirements of the car central control panel surface needs to be coated with mahogany texture 3D complex curved membrane by using in-mould film (IMF) technology of in-mould decoration (IMD),three assembling mould including membrane pre-forming mould,pre-forming membrane punching mould and injection mould were designed. Hot press and vacuum adsorption were used in membrane pre-forming mould,then polymer membrane were sticked on the core insert and formed after heating. The punching mould with positive punching and lateral sides cutting was designed in order to meet the need of hemming plastic-coating in pre-forming membrane side. The lateral sides cutting technology was used with combination of side core-pulling slider and cylinder. Three-plate injection mould was designed with hot runner extends mouth and cold runner latent type pouring. Cavity layout was one mould and one cavity,and twice mould-opening,water-cooled and combination ejecting mode of ejector pin and pipe were used. The membrane pre-forming mould can effectively solve the forming difficulty of the 3D shape mem-brane. The difficulty of 3D curve hemming punching forming in IMD is solved by using pre-forming membrane punching mould. The design of the assembling moulds effectively improve the membrane molding yield of central control panel IMF products,and provide a useful reference for the design and production of similar products.
