摘    要:针对退役汽车保险杠老化后的性能提升问题,采用熔融共混改性法研究了三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)、乙烯–辛烯共聚物(POE)两种弹性体,碳酸钙、滑石粉和纳米蒙脱土(nano-MMT)三种无机填料对退役汽车保险杠回收料性能的影响。结果表明:弹性体的加入能够显著增强回收料的韧性,对回收料的刚度有一定程度的影响,也能一定程度提高回收料的流动性;POE改性回收料的综合性能优于EPDM改性的回收料,在POE含量为10%时回收料的综合性能最优,拉伸强度为21.2 MPa,断裂伸长率为201.5%,弯曲强度为17.6 MPa,缺口冲击强度为56.3 kJ/m~2,熔体流动速率为12.4 g/10 min;无机填料改性回收料的综合性能表现较差,加入相容剂能够显著提升无机填料共混体系的综合性能,nano-MMT对回收料的改性效果优于另外两种无机填料。

Abstract:To solve the problem of performance improvement of the retired automobile bumper,the effects of two kinds of elastomer,such as ethylene propylene terpolymer (EPDM) and ethylene-1-octene copolymer (POE),and three kinds of inorganic fillers,such as CaCO3,talc and nano-MMT on the performance of retired automobile bumper were studied by melt blending modification method. The results show that the addition of elastomer can significantly enhance the toughness of the recycled material,and have a certain degree of negative influence on stiffness,also can improve the liquidity. The performance of POE modified recycled material is better than that of EPDM modified recycled material. When the content of POE is 10%,the comprehensive performance of the recycled material is the best. Its tensile strength is 21.2 MPa,the elongation at break is 201.5%, the bending strength is 17.6 MPa,the notch impact strength is 56.3 kJ/m2,and melt flow rate is 12.4 g/10 min. The performance of the inorganic filler modified recycled material is poorer,the addition of compatilizer can significantly enhance the comprehensive performance of inorganic fillers modified recycled material,and the performance of nano-MMT modified recycled material is better than the other two kinds of inorganic filler.
