摘    要:微波辐射下以单质碘为催化剂无溶剂合成了苯甲醛乙二醇缩醛,试验了微波辐射功率、微波辐射时间、原料配比、催化剂用量对产率的影响,最佳条件为:辐射功率为259W,反应时间为6.0min,苯甲醛与乙二醇的物质的量比为1∶1.8,单质碘用量为2.5%,产率可达86.7%。

Abstract:Benzaldehyde glycol acetal was solvent-free synthesized from benzaldehyde and glycol with iodine as catalyst under microwave irradiation.The effects of microwave irradiation power, microwave irradiation time, reactant ratio,and amount of catalyst on the yield of benzaldehyde glycol acetal were studied.The results showed that the optimum reaction conditions are as follows:microwave irradiation power was 259 W,reaction time was 6.0 min,the molar ratio of benzaldehyde and glycol was 1:1.8 and amount of iodine was 2.5% ,the yield was up to 86.7%.
