摘    要:一经常超标排放的铁黄废水处理设施,藉节污减排、技术改进之助,使废水在pH值7—8、曝气1h等最佳运行条件下得到完全处理。分离出的铁黄颜料及铁泥被回收利用,清液达到‘三废’排放标准,部分当作中水予以回用。此举不仅彻底消除了氧化铁黄颜料生产行业中常见的次生污染,保护了环境,而且取得可喜经济效益。

Abstract:A treatment of dispose wastewater about iron oxide yellow usually emit in assist of the provided cornpletely disposed wastewater with the help of control contamination reduce emission and improved technology at optimum condition of the pH value was 7 - 8 and with air reaction 1 h etc. Separate iron oxide yellow pigments and iron oxide sediment can be reclaimed and utilized. The liquid corn up to the standard of three disuses emission and some of them can be utilized as mid - water. In trades of iron oxide yellow pigments production the common secondly pollution not only thoroughgoing eliminated and protected environment, but also crowned satisfactory economic efficiency.
