汾河水库取水工程施工网络计划

摘    要:汾河水库取水工程由引水渠、进水塔、竖井、隧洞及交通桥等建筑物组成。进水塔采用水中筑岛、混凝土沉井为围堰的方法施工。隧洞采用光面爆破、锚喷支护、滑模衬砌的方法施工。根据施工方法和各工序间的逻辑关系,编制施工网络计划和绘制施工网络图,并确定网络计划的时间参数。在关键路线上抢时间,在非关键路线上要资源,以确保工程进度目标的实现。

Abstract:The purpose of the diversion works of the Fenhe Reservoir is to regulate the water which has been diverted into the Fenhe River upstream of the Fenhe Reservoir from the Yellow River by the South Main Line of the Wanjiazhai Yellow River Diversion Project(YRDP)under construction.The water after being regulated will be conveyed to Taiyuan City through pipeline and tunnel.The diversion works of the Fenhe Reservoir discussed here consists of diversion canal,intake tower,sunk well,tunnel and access bridge.The intake tower is constructed with an artificial-island and concrete sunk well cofferdam method,the tunnel is constructed with the methods of smooth blasting,rock bolt and shotconcrete support and slipform lining.According to the construction method and the logical relation of each construction step,the construction network plan and corresponding the construction network chart are made,both the time parameters of the network plan and the critical path are given.This network plan will be of any help for arranging the construction schedule more scientifically and utilizing resources more rationally.
