三维激光扫描技术在新建水库库容计算中的应用

摘    要:三维激光扫描技术作为一种全新的高精度测绘技术,可以快速、精确、数字化地测量目标物的三维数据,从而得到了全新的研究和应用。本文简单介绍了三维激光扫描技术的工作原理,并结合清远抽水蓄能电站上水库,阐述了现场扫描、点云拼接及虑噪、三维建模的过程。结果表明,将三维激光扫描技术应用于新建水库库容的计算,能够更为准确地测量地形,提高库容计算精度。

Abstract:Three-dimensional laser scanning technology as a new high-precision mapping technology,it can quickly and accurately measure the three-dimensional digital data object, and obtains a new research and applications.This paper briefly describes the working principle of 3D laser scanning technology,combined with the Qingyuan Pumped Storage Power Station on the reservoir,described the scene scanned point cloud stitch- ing and consider noise,3D modeling process.The results showed that the three-dimensional laser scanning technology for the new reservoir capacity calculation, can more accurately measure the topography, improve capacity calculation accuracy.
