| 摘 要： | 为了防止和控制土石坝产生裂缝，首先应在设计时要对裂缝进行控制，同时严格按照设计和规范要求控制施工质量。在运行期(尤其是运行初期)，应按照设计要求与施工的实际情况进行水库管理。
