摘    要:在分析水电站供水管道系统结露危害及其发生机理的基础上,引入了隔热保冷技术以消除水电站管道结露现象.结合水电站运行的具体要求,探讨了保冷层材料选择的一般原则,给出了保冷层厚度计算的通用公式以及实际工程应用的满意效果.

Abstract:Based on the analysis of the harm and mechanism of the condensation occurred in the water supply piping system of hydropower station, the heat insulation technology is introduced to avoid the condensing phenomenon. According to the operation requirements of hydropower station, the general principles of the selection on the anti-condensation coating materials are discussed herein, and then the calculating formulas for the thickness of the anti-condensation coating is given with satisfactory results from the case application.
