摘    要:研制适合的相似材料对地质力学模型试验的顺利开展具有重要意义。通过直剪试验、无侧限抗压强度试验和室内三轴试验获得了一种软质土类材料的基本物理力学性质,借助扫描电镜对其微观形貌特征进行了分析,研究了原料组份对该材料强度特性、受力过程及破坏特征的影响规律。结果表明:原料组份变化对相似材料的物理力学参数及力学特性影响显著,洗衣液在软质土类相似材料中的应用效果较好,能够对材料的力学特性进行稳定调节,石膏、重晶石粉和膨润土均为调节材料密度的重要控制变量;洗衣液和水对材料力学参数及应力-应变曲线特征的影响最大,膨润土在材料表观特征、受力过程、破坏特征方面影响较为明显。试验结果为进一步研究地质力学模型试验中土质相似材料的力学特性和制备工作提供了参考。

Abstract:As developing adaptable material has an important significance for smooth implementation of the relevant geo-mechanic model experiment,the basic physico-mechanic characteristics of a soft soil material is obtained through direct shear test,unconfined compressive strength test and indoor triaxial test,and then its micro-morphological characteristics is analyzed by means of scanning electron microscope; from which the law of the effect from raw material component on the strength behavior,stress process and failure characteristics of that material is studied. The result shows that the variation of raw material component has significant effect on the physico-mechanic parameter and mechanic property of the similar material; for which the effect of applying laundry liquid to similar soft soil material is better and can stably adjust the mechanic property of the material,while plaster,barite powder and bentonite are all the important controlling variables for adjusting the material density. The effects of laundry liquid and water on the mechanic parameters and stress-strain curve characteristics of the material are the largest,meanwhile,the effect from bentonite is more obvious in the aspects of the appearance feature,stress process and failure characteristics of the material. The experiment result provides some references for the further study to be made on the mechanic property of the similar soil material applied to geo-mechanic model experiment as well as its preparation.
