| 摘 要： | 在煤炭资源的开采过程中，地下含水层的结构被人为破坏，水循环规律发生变化，水化学场失衡，导致了城市水环境变化．文中系统分析了煤炭工业城市的水环境变化特点和问题，并从系统观点、可持续发展观点出发，提出了保持城市水环境平衡、解决城市水环境问题、实现城市水环境系统可持续发展的对策。

| Abstract: | In the process of coal resources mining,the aquifer structure is destroyed,the change of hydrologic cycle regular occurs,and the hydrochemistry fields have a lack of balance. It leads to the change of water environment in the city,and some problems of water environment occur. In this paper,the author analyzed the characteristic of change and sustainability of water environment in the cities with coal industry,and from standpoint of system and sustainable development,holding the hydro-environmental balance and solving the hydro-environmental problems are put forward. |
