| 摘 要： | 结合工作实践，针对水电工程中混凝土生产系统在分标、材料供应、配合比管理等方面常见管理模式中造价控制的利弊进行分析、探讨，同时对混凝土系统可能遇见的索赔事件、有关税务问题进行简要介绍，并提出一些意见和建议，供造价管理工作者参考。
