| 摘 要： | 采用现今流行的数据库和组件技术,通过建立水资源配置系统数据库和对水资源配置中的模型、计算模块组件化,在知识可视化综合集成服务平台上动态搭建水资源配置系统,从而实现水资源的动态配置,使水资源配置可以在水利信息化业务中得到有效应用。通过对甘肃省庆阳市水资源配置的实例研究表明,动态水资源配置模型及其实现机制,能在水资源配置规划中有效应用,为解决水资源配置规划的资源动态配置、支持动态需求等问题,提供了可行的技术方案。
