当前宁夏水利信息化建设研究与思考

近年来，在以水利信息化带动水利现代化的指导思想下，宁夏水利信息化建设在基础设施建设、业务支撑系统和保障环境建设等方面取得了一定的成绩。从宁夏水利信息化现状入手，分析当前信息化建设管理中存在的问题，提出当前宁夏水利通信网组网方案及“一纵四横”建设思路，旨在推动宁夏水利信息化快速有序发展。

Research and Consideration on the Information Explosion Process of Water Resources in Ningxia Autonomous Region

In recent years, with ideas of the information explosion process of water resources to propel waterresources modernization, achievements in lntrastructure construction, business support system and guarantee for environment construction were obtained. According to present situation of the information explosion process of water resources in Ningxia, the thesis analyzes existing problems during management and construction of information systems, offers networking scheme for current commtmication network as well as construction ideas of ＂one vertical and four horizontal＂ , hoping to promote the instant and orderly development of the information explosion process of water resources in Ningxia.
