广东省水利信息化发展评价体系研究

摘    要:广东省水利信息化发展考评工作始于2008年,并于2009年进行了2次评估,但存在一些不足,为此对水利信息化评估体系作进一步研究。依照《广东水利信息化"十二五"发展规划》的要求,参考国内外相关的信息化评估体系,根据广东省水利信息化当前发展现状,分析广东省水利信息化评估体系的3个组成部分:水利信息化指标体系、评价模型、评价信息系统的建设内容,并对指标体系、评价模型进行具体设计。

Abstract:The assessment for the information explosion process of water resources in Guangdong began in 2008 and the second assessment was carried out in 2009.But it still exists some problems.Therefore,it's necessary to do further research on the assessment mechanism.According to the twelfth five-year development plan of the information explosion process of water resource in Guangdong province,using the experiences of assessment system both home and abroad for reference,and with consideration on present situation,the author makes an analysis on three components of the assessment system:assessment index system,assessment models and construction content of the assessment system.Specific designs of the assessment indicator system and models are also provided.
