| 摘 要： | 介绍了驻马店水利局在水利信息化建设中利用SCDMA（无线宽带通信技术）实现水利防汛通信的应用,给出了SCDMA网络结构,描述了SCDMA在信息化系统中的作用和特点,详细介绍了办公自动化、语音水利防洪调度通信、水文信息采集及水情汛情数据的传递、重点部位的远程视频监控、集群应急通信等功能的信息化系统。

| Abstract: | The paper emphasizes on introducing application of SCDMA wireless broadband communication system in promotion of the spreading information explosion in water resources industry by Zhumadian municipal bureau of water resources to realize application in aspects of flood-prevention and regulation communication.The author describes network structure of the SCDMA system,and it＇s role as well as characteristics in information system.The author also makes a detail presentation about the information system which possesses functions of ofcial business automation,voice communication for flood-prevention and regulation,hydrological data collection,transmission of water and flood regime data,remote video monitoring for important parts as well as cluster communication for emergency. |
