补偿收缩混凝土在环保电站垃圾池中的应用与研究

摘    要:补偿收缩混凝土具有抗裂、防渗等作用,是混凝土设计首选。施工时须对实际原材料进行实验验证,按限制膨胀率试验结果,确定膨胀剂的合理掺量。对水中养护28天后混凝土试样限制膨胀率不大于0.1%规定要高度重视,以利用补偿收缩混凝土的有效膨胀能;要防止多余膨胀能对混凝土结构的延迟性破坏。文章介绍了补偿收缩混凝土在环保电站垃圾池中的成功应用经验。

Abstract:Expansive concrete is the first choice for concrete design because of its anticrack,anti-seepage and other functions.The actual raw materials shall be verified by experiments during construction,and the reasonable proportion of expansive agent should be determined according to the test results of restrained expansion rate.Great attention should be paid to the regulation that the restrained expansion rate of concrete samples after 28 days of water curing is no more than 0.1%in order to make use of the effective expansion energy of expansive concrete.The delayed damage of concrete structures caused by excess expansion energy should be prevented.The successful application experience of expansive concrete in garbage pool of environmental protection power station is introduced in the paper.
