摘    要:采用三维有限元法,模拟碾压混凝土重力坝的施工过程进行温控仿真计算。分析了大坝自然冷却、浇筑完毕后采取强制冷却措施以及运行两年后采取强制冷却措施,对温度场和应力场的影响。结果表明:强制冷却对强约束区应力影响较大,对其他区域应力影响相对较小。强制冷却方案的温度应力大于自然冷却方案的温度应力。因此,进行强制冷却时,应该选择合理的冷却时间,避免强制冷却产生过大的温度应力,使坝体产生温度应力裂缝。

Abstract:The paper used 3D finite element method and simulated the construction process of gravity dam of roller compacted concrete to carry out the calculation of temperature control simulation. It analyzed the natural cooling measures of dam ,and the compulsory cooling measures after placement and operation and after two years. The influence of the measures on temperature field and stress field. The results show that the forced cooling has greater influence on stress of strong restraint area,and has less influence on stress of other areas. The temperature stress of forced cooling scheme is greater than that of natural cooling scheme. Therefore, when carrying out forced cooling, the cooling time should be reasonably chosen so as to avoid producing high temperature stress of dam from forced cooling and to produce temperature stress crack.
