峡江水利枢纽工程7~#机组导水机构弹簧连杆动作浅析

摘    要:峡江水利枢纽工程7#机组导水机构采用弹簧连杆与普通连杆间隔布置方式,在机组启动试验过程中,弹簧连杆发生少许折曲报出"弹簧连杆动作"信号.经检查发现系控制环关过头和导叶关闭速度过快引起,现场通过减小导叶接力器压紧行程和增加分段阀投入条件,解决弹簧连杆发生折曲问题.

Abstract:The distributor of 7# unit of Xiajiang Hydropower Station adopted an interval arrangement of spring connecting rod and plain connecting rod. In the process of 7# unit testing, spring connecting rod occurred a little flex and the signal of spring confiect- ing rod action was sent. That the control ring closed too much and the guide vanes closed too fast caused this problem after inves- tigation. Through reducing compression stroke of the guide vane servomotor and adding action conditions of the segment valve, the problem that the spring connecting rod occurred flex finally was solved.
