| 摘 要： | 库区旅游开发与水库移民安置工作互相促进，密不可分。提出了库区旅游开发带动型水库移民安置模式．分析了当前库区旅游开发推动水库移民安置工作中存在的问题，包括以旅游发展推进移民安置工作的观念落后、库区旅游开发不足、政策与管理水平不高、库区移民参与旅游开发的能力有待提高等，并有针对性地进行了发展对策探讨。

| Abstract: | Tourism and reservoir resettlement can be promoted simultaneously for interactive development.The mode of reservoir resettlement driving by reservoir tourism development is introduced.Issues and problems with the approach of tourism development together with resettlement are presented,including lack of awareness and resources,ineffective policy and management support and inadequate participation of relocated people in tourism development.Countermeasures for dealing with the problem are discussed. |
