摘    要:淮河流域已建水利工程众多,淮委和流域四省积累了大量工程勘测资料,按现行规范标准运用数据库管理技术建设淮河流域水利工程地质信息系统,可大大提高勘测资料的利用效率,为实现淮河流域生态治理,保证防洪安全提供快捷实用的基础资料。

Abstract:There are many existing water structures and projects in Huai River Basin. Piles of geo-information data and material have been accumulated by the Huai River Water Resource Commission and four provinces in the basin. Effectives and efficiency of utilizing the information and data could be improved greatly if project geo-information system of Huai River Basin could be set up in line with current technical code and standard and with database management technology, which could provide fast and practical information and data for ecosystem recovery and flood management of Huai River Basin.
