| 摘 要： | 随着流域水电开发不断深人,一大批流域水电站投产发电,流域水电站群实现了远程集控.在流域集控的模式下,通过对景洪水电站实施"运维合一"的生产管理模式的创新、探索,总结了水电站实施"运维合一"生产管理模式的成功经验,可为其他电站提供借鉴.

| Abstract: | With the continuous development of river basin hydropower resources,the operation of cascade hydropower stations in a river can be remotely and centrally controlled.The Jinghong Hydropower Station in Lancang River integrates operation and maintenance together to achieve basin centralized control.The new operation and management mode for Jinghong Station is discussed herein,and the practice shows that the mode is successful. |
