| 摘 要： | 官地水电站位于四川省凉山州境内,装机240万kW,多年平均年发电量110.16亿kW.h,总投资159.92亿元,预计2009年核准,计划2012年第一台机组发电,2013年全部投产。针对官地水电站在建设期和运营期对四川省经济的带动作用进行了分析,并采用投入产出法研究官地水电站对四川省新增GDP的贡献率和经济增长的拉动率,根据电站发电量的环境贡献也进行了分析。结果表明,官地水电站的建设和运营对四川省经济增长能起到积极的带动作用。
