漫湾水电站二期工程地下厂房岩壁吊车梁承载试验研究

摘    要:目前国内对于岩壁吊车梁设计尚无规范可循,设计中大多采用刚体极限平衡法计算,但由于地质条件的复杂性及.模拟计算的局限性.难以精确反应实际受力状况.为此,对漫湾水电站二期工程地下厂房岩壁吊车梁承载试验成果进行了分析。验证了岩壁吊车梁运行安全稳定性,对优化岩壁吊车梁结构设计和锚固设计提出了意见和建议。

Abstract:Up to date,there is no design specification for beams of bridge crane in China available for reference,and the rigid body limit equilibrium method has widely been used in the design progress.However it is very difficult to express precisely the load bearing status due to the complexity of geological conditions and the limitation of simulating computation.This paper has analyzed the results of beams of bridge crane bearing capacity test in Manwan II project,and verified the safety and stability,then brings forward opinions and suggestions for the structure and anchoring designing of beams of bridge crane.
