摘    要:三板溪工程导流洞与大坝施工以及水库初期蓄水是控制首台机组发电工期的关键线路。主坝为200m级高面板堆石坝,其施工度汛方案的选择直接影响到工期目标的实现。经综合分析论证,最终确定了“一汛”采用“一枯抢拦洪”度汛方案。该方案既满足了工程安全度汛要求,又可使大坝连续快速施工,为提前发电奠定基础,效果良好。

Abstract:The critical path controlling the first power generation of Sanbanxi Hydropower Station is the construction of the diversion tunnel and dam as well as the initial filling of the reservoir. The dam is a 200m high concrete-faced rockfill dam. Selection of the flood-passing scheme would have direct impact on the realization of the construction duration. The comprehensive analysis and justification concluded that the flood-passing scheme of the dam should be built to the corresponding flood retention elevation in the first dry period after the river closure has been determined, which would not only meet the safe flood-passing requirements but also could achieve the continuous and rapid construction of the dam, and lay a solid foundation for the first power generation in advance.
