洪水预报模型的滤波——规划识别方法

摘    要:由于流动条件和观测,模型误差的影响,河道蓄泄关系大多呈现不稳定绳套,无法应用于洪水计算与预报。而具有预测功能的附加比降公式和识别该式参数的动态系统滤波--规划方法,可求得基本单一的示储流量 ̄蓄量曲线和符合实际的出流过程,形成了直接据比降预报洪流的方法,且这一模型识别法也同样适用于各种水文预报问题。这是一种新的更有效的自适应滤波方法。

Abstract:Because the influence of the flow conditions,observation and errors,etc.,the relationship between the storage andrelease in channel is often unstable so that it could not be for the flood computation and forecast. The additional gradient formula with forecasting functions and the method of dynamic wave filter and planning for distinguishing the parameters of the formula could be used to gain a single curve of discharge and storage and a out flow process which is in accord with reality. Thus the method of forecasting flood discharge directly by gradient was formed.And this method is also suitable to various hydrological forecasting and is a new and more effective adaptive wave filter method.
