铁尾矿粉掺量对混凝土强度的影响

铁尾矿粉产出量大且污染环境,通过对铁尾矿粉的物理性能进行分析,将铁尾矿粉与粉煤灰作为矿物掺合料,按照不同比例掺入混凝土拌合物中,研究在不同的水胶比下,铁尾矿粉对混凝土强度的影响。当掺合料中的铁尾矿粉掺量高于粉煤灰时,会降低混凝土的抗压强度。较高水胶比情况下,随着掺合料的增加混凝土强度越来越低;中等水胶比情况下,适当掺加掺合料提高了混凝土抗压强度;较低水胶比情况下,适量掺合料对混凝土强度有明显提高。

Study in impact of concrete strength on the amount of iron ore tail

Iron ore tail output is large and pollute the environment, In this paper, it is themineral admixtures toiron ore tail and fly ashby the different proportion in concrete mixture,through study of the physical properties of iron ore tail.Research the iron ore tail's influence on the strength of concrete under different water ratio. The strength of the concrete will be affected by addingthe iron ore tail,it can reduce the concrete strength when the amount of iron ore tail is higher than fly ash.When the water ratio is higher,it is more and more low to concrete strength with the admixture increased;When the water ratio is middle,it properly increased the concrete strength with the adding of admixture;When the water ratio is low, the concrete strength are improved obviously with the right amount of admixture.
