| 摘 要： | 水资源系统是由经济社会、水资源、生态环境3大子系统构成的有机整体,其规模庞大、结构复杂.将整个水资源系统作为对象进行模拟可更加详细地描述水资源系统内部的复杂关系,为决策者提供清晰、全面的分析成果.结合河南省的实际情况,以SQL Server 2000为后台数据库,采用Visual Basic编制了水资源配置模拟模型,其中详细介绍了模型编制的基本原理、模型结构、模型功能和特色等,并模拟了河南省规划水平年的水资源配置.
