大型水轮机金属蜗壳结构形式的研究与应用

摘    要:综述了国内外水轮机金属蜗壳结构形式的研究与应用现状,介绍了几种常用蜗壳结构形式的优缺点,总结了前苏联蜗壳结构形式的研究与发展情况,并论述了三峡水电站充水保压蜗壳关键技术研究与应用情况,为我国在建和拟建的高水头大容量水电站蜗壳结构形式的选择和设计提供了技术支持。

Abstract:Summarizes the study on the structure type of metal spiral case of water turbine and its application both at home and abroad, and introduces the advantages and disadvantages of some types of spiral cases in common use. Meantime, the study and development of structure types of spiral cases in Russia is presented in general. Besides, key technology of the pressure-maintaining spiral case by water filling and its application in Three Gorges project is demonstrated, providing technical support to the selection and design of spiral structure for the hydropower stations with high head and large install capacity.
