摘    要:防止电气误操作是保证电网安全运行的重要内容,变电站采取的各种防误操作技术措施对于减少误操作及恶性事故的发生,保证人身、电网、设备的安全起到了重要作用。电气闭锁是防止误操作的一种重要、有效的方式。针对GIS设备刀闸电气闭锁回路中由于刀闸与地刀存在联动操作关系易导致电气误操作的情况进行了分析,并通过两种方案的分析比较,确定了最佳解决方案,大大降低电气误操作的风险,从而确保了设备安全稳定运行。

Abstract:Prevention of electrical malfunction the power grid, various anti-error operation is important content for ensuring the safe operation of technical measures adopted by the substation play important role for reducing error operation and fatal accidents, and ensuring personal, network and equipment safety. Electric lock is an important and effective way to prevent error operation. The condition that electric error operation can be easily caused due to interlocking operation relation between knife and earthing switch in the knife electric locked loop of the GIS equipment is analyzed, the optimal solution is determined, the risk of electric error operation is greatly lowered through analysis comparison of the two schemes, thereby ensuring safe and stable operation of the equipment.
