摘    要:1946年以来,关于黄河下游根治的认识,首先经过“治本靠拦沙”到“下游也有治本任务”的重大转变,然后,是对“下游也有治本任务”进一步全面深入的分析论证.“黄河下游也有治本任务”的论证具有高度的科学性.重点对围绕“下游也有治本任务”的研究作了梳理总结,主要进展为,多来多排现象的发现、“小水挟沙”的不利影响和对洪水重要性的充分认识、山东河道的输沙潜力及窄深河槽排洪输沙能力的论证、泥沙多年调节思想的形成和发展.通过水库水沙调节优化进入下游河道的水沙过程.将下游高村以上宽河道整治成窄深河槽,使整个下游形成一个输沙通道输沙人海.

Abstract:Recognition on regulation of the Lower Yellow River had a significant change from sediment trapping to ultimate regulation task on the lower reaches,and then experienced further discussion.Opinion of'ultimate regulation task on the Lower Yellow River'was very important.The paper systematically summarizes main advances on the views of the Lower Yellow River regulation.Major progresses are discovery of'more incoming more transporting',harm of sediment carried by small discharge and importance of flood,sediment transport potential on Shandong channel,capacity of sediment and flood transport by main channel and multi-year regulation of sediment.The Lower Yellow River should be regulated into a sediment transport channel by narrow the wide reaches before Gaocun section,at the same time with optimized flow and sediment processes by the reservoir.
