摘    要:混凝土拱坝一期水管冷却一般在刚浇筑完混凝土后采用通水冷却10-20d,目的是起到消峰控温的作用,然而在实际的工程操作中,施工方有时为了控制最高温度而大限度地降低一期冷却水温。本文以锦屏一级高拱坝为例,借助于有限元计算,建立了水管冷却的精细模型,从理论上解决了三个方面的问题,一是是否冷却水温越低对最高温度的控制就越好,二是不同冷却温度对混凝土周边温度应力的影响,三是不同管材(包括塑料管和铁管)对混凝土温度应力的影响,从而为工程实践提供了一定的依据。

Abstract:The water-pipe cooling of the concrete arch dam in the first stage generally adopts water cooling for 10-20 days after just finishing pouring concrete for the purpose of controlling the maximum temperature. However,contractors reduce the cold water temperature to the greatest extent in the first stage in order to control the maximum temperature in the practical projects.By means of the finite element calculation and the precision model establishment for water-pipe cooling,the paper takes Jingping I High Arch Dam for an example to solve the problems theoretically in three aspects.The first is to find out whether the lower the temperature of the cooling water is,the better the maximum themperature is controlled;the second is how different cooling temperatures affect the temperature stress of the surrounding concrete,the last is how various pipe products,including plastic and steel pipes,affect the concrete temperature stress. The findings of the paper will provide a basis for the project practices.
