英国土壤侵蚀及治理的研究和启示

摘    要:土壤是人类赖以生存的基本资源之一,土壤侵蚀导致土壤资源流失,土地退化和大量生态环境灾难问题产生。土壤侵蚀与其生态、环境影响被认为是阻碍人类可持续发展战略的问题而备受关注。本文结合英国土壤侵蚀与治理的研究,分析总结了该国近年来土壤侵蚀的概况、研究机构、侵蚀影响因素研究、侵蚀模型及侵蚀定量预报模型研究,和在措施上、决策上的侵蚀治理特点等,并与我国土壤侵蚀状况、土壤侵蚀研究进展、土壤侵蚀研究重点和趋势、土壤侵蚀治理工作等方面进行了异同分析,据此得出了启示,提出了参考建议。

Abstract:Soil is one of the fundamental resources for human being. Soil erosion has caused serious loss of soil resources, land degradat ion and many eco-environmental problems and even disasters. Soil erosion, regarded as a signif icant resources problem, affects the sustainable development of human being, and thus receives much concern. This paper analyzed and summarized the current status of soil erosion and erosion control in UK in recent years, in terms of research inst itut ions, research onmechanism of soil erosion, state-o-f the-art of soil erosion predictive modeling as well as erosion control policy and measures. Comparison between the erosion controlling works in China and UK was made in the aspects of status, research progress, research focus and trend. Some suggestions were also given by the authors.
