摘    要:茅坪溪防护坝混凝土防渗墙施工工序多、工期紧、难度大、质量要求高。设计最大墙深 45m ,总成墙面积 3 1 9万m2 。监理工程师采用以事前、事中控制为主 ,过程检验与事后控制为辅两种控制相结合的动态控制手段 ,对防渗墙实行多方位、全过程的跟踪和关键工序旁站监理 ,有效地控制了工程质量

Abstract:The construction of the concrete cut-off wall in the Maopingxi embankment dam, near by the Three Gorges Project, is characterized by its complicated construction procedures, tight time schedule, much more difficulties in field operation, and high quality requirement. The concrete cut-off wall has a maximum design height of 45 m and a total walling area of 31 900 m 2. The supervision staff took dynamic control measures, giving first priority to the pre- and under-construction control, and secondly to the post-construction examination and control. All-round tracing and by-job-site supervision over the key processes during the whole construction effectively controlled the construction quality.
