杨房沟水电站上铺子沟泥石流治理工程设计

摘    要:上铺子沟位于杨房沟水电站坝址下游约2.6 km,为沟谷降雨型低频大型黏性泥石流沟。沟水及泥石流发育规模均较大,沟内布置有弃渣场,总量达1 150万m3,该沟的泥石流防治对电站的建设运行有重要影响。根据该工程地形地质及泥石流特点,确定"以排为主,拦粗排细"的设计理念,采用沟水截排处理和泥石流防护相结合的防护方案,布设格栅拦挡坝、挡水坝以及排导槽等设施,简化了施工难度,确保了上铺子沟弃渣场在施工期及运行期的安全。

Debris flow treatment design of Shangpuzigou gully at Yangfanggou Hydropower Station
Abstract:Shangpuzigou gully, located at 2.6 km downstream of Yangfanggou Hydropower Station, is a large precipitation-induced viscosity debris flow gully of low-frequency. The gully water and debris flow developed in a large scale, and a slag site of 1150 million m3 was arranged, so the control and treatment for the debris flow is of great significance to the safe operation of the hydropower station. According to the geological and terrain conditions of the project and the characteristics of debris flow, the treatment principle of emphasizing drainage and settling coarse material while discharging fine material was determined. A comprehensive solution combined drainage gully water and control debris flow were adopted, which included grill retaining dam, water retaining dam and drainage flume. The proposed solution simplified the construction difficulty and guaranteed the safety of the slag site in construction and operation period.
