摘    要:根据潘口水电站工程建设期间水土流失及水土保持的特点,从经济损益分析的角度,采用《开发建设项目水土保持损益分析研究》中推荐的水土保持损益分析方法,研究该电站建设过程中对水土流失的主要影响因素,并初步分析了其水土流失影响状况。分析结论认为,在电站建设过程中,水土流失影响指数略低于水电业同类项目的平均值,其开发建设活动对水土流失的整体影响较小。针对存在的问题提出了对策措施。研究结果为开展水电站的水土保持工作提供了依据。

Abstract:According to the characteristics of soil-water loss and conservation of Pankou Hydropower Station during construction period,the method of analyzing the profit and loss of soil and water conservation recommended in analysis and study of soil and water conservation of developing and construction projects is adopted to study the main influential factors of soil and water loss during construction of Pankou Hydropower Station.And the influence on the soil and water loss is analyzed preliminarily.The results show that the influential index of soil and water loss of Pankou Hydropower Station is lower than the average value of similar projects;the general influence of development and construction activities on soil and water loss is small and the countermeasures are proposed.
