摘    要:自动制样送测系统采用精密机电控制技术,用于在矿山、冶金行业中皮带生产线上取样并制成样品送X荧光仪测量。系统能及时、快速完成取样、制样、测样、去样等,采用单片机(77E58)控制,并与远端控制机通信。完成一次取样分析时间为7 min,样品直径40 mm,厚度10 mm,水分含量在5%~10%之间。该系统已成功应用于攀钢选矿厂。

Abstract:Precise electromechanical control technique was adopted in automatic sample preparation and measuring system which was applied to sampling and sample preparation on belt production line for XRF(X-ray fluoresence) analysis in mine and metallurgical industry.The system can timely and rapidly complete sampling,sample preparation,measuring and sample removing,etc.The system is controlled by single chip computer,and communicates with remote control computer.Completing a sampling and analysis takes 7 min.Diameter of sample is 40 mm and thickness is 10 mm.Water content of sample is 5 % to 10 %.The system has successfully be applied to ore dressing plant of Pangang.
