钢铁企业智能电力系统功能与运行架构研究

摘    要:针对钢铁企业电力系统安全稳定运行、提高电能质量和经济运行的目标,将钢铁企业电力系统发电、配电和用电三个环节作为一个有机整体考虑,讨论了钢铁企业电力系统的技术需求,分析了钢铁企业智能电力系统的主要功能,包括在线安全预警和决策支持、基于定制电力系统的电能质量控制、发电成本优化、配电网络重构和负荷管理控制等。借鉴电力系统混成控制理论思想,给出了钢铁企业智能电力系统的运行架构,包括最高决策指挥层、中间处理与操作层、底层、离线与在线分析及数据采集与监控。
