MSF-电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定钼铁中磷的研究

摘    要:在用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定钢中磷时,已有的研究报告中大多采用P178.221nm作分析谱线。但因其发射强度低而使测定精密度和检出限不理想。本文在采用多重谱线拟合(MsF)法扣除光谱干扰的基础上进行屏蔽,测定了存在严重光谱干扰的P214.914nm、P213.617nm谱线,同时也测定了没有光谱干扰的P178.221nm、P177.434nm谱线,结果表明,P213nm谱线的测定精密度和检出限最好,比常用P178nm谱线的精密度高,RSD达到小,检出限也比常用P178nm谱线的低。

Abstract:During determining of Phosphorus in steel by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spec trometric method, P178.221nm analytical spectral line was usually adopted in existing research reports. The precision of determination and detection limit were not satisfactory because of low emission intensity of inspec tion equipment. Based on deduction of spectral interference, using multiline spectral fitting (MSF) method to shield, serious spectrum interference of P214.914nm and P213.617nm spectral line was determined, mean while nonspectrum interference of P178.221nm,P177.434nm spectral line was determined too. The results showed that P213nm spectral line had the best determination precision higher than P178nm spectral line, and the best detection limit lower than P178nm spectral line.
