摘    要:分析了包钢薄板坯连铸连轧厂1750 mm热轧线生产热轧料时氧化铁皮生成原因,通过优化加热制度和除鳞工艺,加强设备管理维护,优化轧制工艺和设备,提出了预防和减少热轧带钢表面氧化铁皮缺陷的措施。

Abstract:In the paper,it is analyzed the causes of iron scale when produce hot rolled strip with 1750 mm hot rolling line in CSP Plant of Baotou Steel. Moreover,such measures for preventing and reducing the defect of iron scale on the surface of hot rolled strip as optimizing heating scheme and descaling process,strengthening management and maintenance of equipment as well as optimizing rolling technology and equipment are proposed.
