摘    要:竖炉配加1.4%轻烧氧化铁粉生产镁质球团矿,生球质量较好.竖炉炉况稳定;成品镁质球团矿MgO含量为1.96%,达到了顶期指标;其转鼓强度为92.08%,抗压强度为2945 N/个,基本与酸性球团矿持平;冶金性能较酸性球团有所改善,其中RDI+3.15提高了3.13%,膨胀率下降了0.96%.将镁质球团矿用于高炉生产后....

Abstract:When 1.4% lightly calcined magnesia fines is added in shaft furnace pelletizing for producing magnesia pellet,the green ball quality is good and the shaft furnace operation is stable.The MgO content in product magnesia pellet is 1.96%,which reaches the expected index,the tumbler strength is 92.08%,and the compression strength is 2 945 N/p,almost the same as that of acid pellet.The metallurgical performance is somewhat improved compared with that of acide pellet.The RDI+3.15 increases by 3.13% and swelling i...
