| 摘 要： | 新兴铸管公司为了实施精料方针,为高炉经济技术指标的持续进步创造条件,对高铁低硅烧结进行了探索。通过优化原料结构、提高生石灰质量、实施厚料层烧结、提高烧结矿碱度、适当增加配碳量、延长烧结时间等一系列措施,在保证烧结矿强度的前提下,使烧结矿SiO2含量降到了4.0%左右。
