辐射管的传热模型及实验研究

摘    要:本文以数学模型和实验为手段,研究了在不同操作参数的条件下,辐射管壁面温度和管内气体温度的分布状况及变化规律。实验表明,理论计算值与实验结果吻合较好,可以用本文结果指导辐射管的现场操作,以延长辐射管的使用寿命.提高辐射管对带钢的加热质量。

Abstract:According to the experiments and the heat transfer model of the radiation tube, the distribution and change regularity of the tube wall temperature and the combustion gas temperature are investigated under different operating parameters. The results calculated through the model are in accord with those from experiments. These results can guide the radiation tude operation to extend the life period of the tube and to raise the heating quality of the strip steel.
