钢筋控轧控冷工艺的节能分析

摘    要:对钢筋的控轧控冷工艺和传统生产工艺做了对比分析,根据现场数据计算分析了控轧控冷工艺的节能效果。分析结果表明:采用控制轧制工艺可节约加热炉能源,采用控制冷却工艺可节约热处理能源。控轧与控冷相结合不但可实现节能,还可大幅度提高钢材综合力学性能,减少氧化烧损,降低生产成本,具有良好的综合经济效益。

Abstract:The paper gave a comparison of controlled rolling and controlled cooling with common process,and the energy saving effect was analyzed on the basis of statistical data.The results showed that controlled rolling could decrease reheating energy and controlled cooling could decrease thermo quenching energy,and that the combination of controlled rolling and controlled cooling could improve all properties of ribbed bar,decrease scales and reduce product cost,which achieved better economic results.
