| 摘 要： | 对０９ＣｕＰＴｉＲＥ尖角矩管裂缝进行了分析，结果表明，矩管内壁存在较深的微裂纹及晶界上存在磷的偏析是导致管子焊后开裂的主要原因。提出了预防措施。

| Abstract: | hrough the analysis on cracks of 19CuPTiEe acute square tube,it is concluded that tubes cracking after welding are mainly due to the present of deeper microcracks in the inner wall of square tubes and the phosphatic segregation in the grain boundary.Preventive measures are poimted ont at the same time. |
