大冶铁精矿成球动力学试验研究

摘    要:用大冶铁矿磁铁精矿为原料,在实验室型圆盘造球机中造球,研究了水分,膨润土用量,给料量和圆盘转速对成球动力学的影响。研究发现。水分是影响生球成长速度的敏感因素;增加膨润土用量的效果与水分相反;在一定的充填范围内,生球平均直径与给料量无关,本文以试验为依据提出了具有一级反应形式的动力学模型方程,即dS/dt=-KcS;分析了速度常数Kc的影响因素。

Abstract:This paper describes the effect of moisture content, bentonite proportion, feed rate and disc rotation speed on forming dynamics of green ball of pellet made from Daye magnetite concentration in the condition of laboratory disc balling process. The following results were obtained: moisture content was a very sensitive factor to the green ball forming; the bentonite proportion was less sensitive as compared with the moisture content; the average diameter of green ball was unconcerned with feed rate within a certain range of filling ratio. Adynamics model equation of first order reaction, i.e dS/dt=-K cS, is proposed on the basis of the experimental date. It can be used to describe the green ball formation process. Factors that influence reaction rate constant K c is also analyzed in the paper.
