摘    要:测定了控轧控冷低碳Mn─Nb─RE钢中析出相微细粒子化学成分、直径及形状因子;研究了控冷冷却速度对微细粒子直径、形状因子及屈服强度增量的影响和控轧控冷铌钢屈服强度增量与微细粒子平均直径的关系;探讨了析出相微细粒子的强化作用机理。

Abstract:The chemical composition,diameter and shape factor of fine particle in the precipitated phase of the control rolled and acceleratedly cooled Mn-Nb-RE steel were measured;influences of controlled rolling and accelerated cooling rates on diameter,shape factor of fine particle and increment of yield strength and relationship between increment of yield strength of control rolled and acceleratedly cooled Nb-bearing steel and average diameter of the fine particle were analyzed;and mechanism of precipitation hardening of the fine particle discussed.
